White Clam Sauce Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 block butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    6 cloves minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 c. red or white wine
    1 bunch American parsley
    1 pt. half and half cream
    2 to 3 cans clams (chopped or whole)
    fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 pkg. linguini noodles, boiled until tender
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute garlic in butter.
    Add parsley, oregano, olive oil and flour.
    Stir until thick.
    Add clams with its own juice, then add half and half cream.
    Stir on medium heat until thickened; add mushrooms and simmer.
    Serve over linguini noodles and sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top.
