Soda Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
14 soda crackers, finely rolled
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
fruit
whipped topping

Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff, adding sugar slowly.
In separate bowl, mix rest of ingredients.
Fold into egg whites.
Pour into deep buttered pie plate.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cool.
Top with whipped cream and sliced peaches, drained thawed strawberries or any other kind of fruit.
