Laurel'S Picadillo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. chopped green peppers
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cans tomato sauce
    fresh diced tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. vinegar
    capers
    raisins
    1/4 c. sliced green olives
    cinnamon
    allspice
    almonds
Preparation
    Brown meat, onions, green pepper and garlic.
    Add tomatoes and sauce.
    Add salt, pepper, vinegar and capers and cook over medium heat 20 minutes.
    Add spices, raisins, almonds and olives. Heat 5 minutes more.
    Serve over yellow rice.
