Corn Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. corn pulp
    2/3 c. cracker crumbs
    dash of celery salt
    1 1/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Warm milk to about 120\u00b0.
    Pour it over the crumbs and soak. Have the corn ground through food mill.
    Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased baking pan.
    Put small bits of butter or cream over top and bake to a light brown.
