Corn Creole(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. finely chopped sweet green pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can corn, divided (not cream-style)
    1/2 c. canned tomatoes, cut up with liquid
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a 1 1/2-quart pot.
    Add onion and green pepper; stir over medium heat for 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes.
