Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour (plain)
    1 lb. raisins
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 lb. pecans (2 qt.)
    6 eggs
    3/4 lb. butter or margarine
    2/3 c. wine or juice
    3 tsp. spice (nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves; 1 each)
    1/2 c. molasses
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Dissolve teaspoon soda in molasses.
    Mix flour, raisins and pecans.
    Beat eggs, butter and sugar.
    Add wine and spices and add to flour mixture and molasses mixture.
    Bake 4 hours at 250\u00b0.
