Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    3 eggs, beaten well
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil and eggs; add zucchini.
    Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
    Add to zucchini mixture.
    Mix well. Add nuts.
    Pour into well-greased and floured tube pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
