E-Z Tortillas(Makes About 10 Large Tortillas) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. water (room temperature)
    4 tsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt together in a bowl.
    Make a well in the center and pour in oil and water.
    Stir with a fork until the dough clumps together in a ball.
    Scatter flour on wax paper.
    Break off balls of dough (the size of a golf ball).
    Roll them in flour. Flatten with hand, turning often.
    Roll each tortilla out thin and cook quickly on preheated hot griddle (using no oil) until brown spots appear on tortillas.
