Sloppy Joe Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 can biscuits
Preparation
    Brown and drain ground beef and onion; add salt, garlic, catsup and sour cream.
    Mix well.
    Press each biscuit into a 4 x 4-inch square.
    Fill with beef mixture; fold over to form a triangle.
    Seal edges with a fork.
    Cut slits in top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Brush with butter before baking.
