Rotel Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 lb. chicken
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    salt to taste
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
    1 can mushroom soup
    dash of celery seed
    pinch of oregano
Preparation
    Stew
    chicken\tuntil
    tender.\tDebone\tchicken.
    Saute onion in olive
    oil.
    Add
    tomatoes, Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies, mushroom soup, celery seed, oregano and salt.
    Simmer about 30 minutes.
    Add
    chicken and cook a few minutes longer. Serve over cooked
    yellow
    rice.
    Cook the rice in the chicken broth.
