Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground salt pork
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
3 garlic cloves, diced
6 (29 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato juice
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. sweet basil
1 tsp. ground parsley
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. marjoram
Preparation

In large saucepan, brown salt pork and sausage with half of the garlic over medium heat; chop meat into fine pieces as it browns.
Add tomato sauce and tomato juice, stirring over medium heat.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and brown sugar, remaining garlic and spices.
Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently.
Reduce heat, cover and stir occasionally.
Simmer up to 4 hours.
