Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. or 8 large potatoes cooked and cubed
    8 oz. cubed velveeta cheese
    1/2 small onion chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 tsp. mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 strips of bacon
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except bacon, use additional mayonnaise if needed to moisten.
    Cook bacon and crumble on top of casserole.\tPour a small amount of bacon grease over casserole to season.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until cheese is melted.
