Hardanger Lefse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 cube margarine
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. Karo syrup
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Roll out thin and bake on lefse grill until light brown. Stays soft and does not need to be kept in cloth.
    Serve with brown sugar or butter, creamed and cut into squares.
