Chicken Picatta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. chicken bouillon (instant, not cube)
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. butter
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix flour, paprika and garlic.
    Mix egg with 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
    Melt butter in pan. Dip chicken in egg, then flour. Brown chicken on both sides.
    Add instant bouillon with 2 tablespoons lemon juice and water.
    Add liquid to chicken. Cover and cook on low 20 minutes.
