Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. apples, chopped
1 c. walnuts, chopped (optional)

Preparation

Cream together sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla.
Sift in the dry ingredients.
Mix well.
Add apples and nuts.
Bake in a tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 1/2 hours.
