Holly Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. fried chicken seasoning
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Put mixture into plastic bag, then add taters that are quartered.
    (Small potatoes are best and cook quicker.)
    Leave peelings on potatoes.
    Put 3/4 stick of melted oleo in large pan and add potatoes.
    Bake for 50 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Turn halfway through baking.
