Chocolate Turtle Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
6 Tbsp. melted margarine
14 oz. caramels
5 oz. can evaporated milk
1 c. chopped pecans
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, 1 at a time
1/2 c. melted chocolate chips
Preparation

Melt caramels with evaporated milk, mix until smooth.
Toast pecans and sprinkle over caramels.
Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Loosen it from spring-form pan. Cool completely.
