Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped peppers
8 oz. can tomatoes
6 oz. can tomato paste
oregano, garlic and salt
6 oz. spaghetti
2 Tbsp. oleo
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook beef until brown.
Drain off excess fat and add onion and peppers.
Stir in undrained tomatoes and tomato paste, oregano, garlic and salt.
Heat.
Cook spaghetti with salt; drain and cool slightly.
Stir oleo, grated Parmesan and eggs into hot spaghetti. Form into crust in buttered glass plate.
Spread cottage cheese over crust, then fill with meat mixture.
Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
