Cola Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (4 to 5 lb.) bottom round roast
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 (12 oz.) can cola
    12 oz. chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper and garlic powder; rub over surface of roast.
    In a Dutch oven, heat the oil to hot and brown roast on all sides.
    Transfer roast to roasting pan.
