Venison Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1.5 lb. venison steak, (flank steak also works well)
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. dry red wine
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 Tbsp. dried chives
    dash of chopped dill weed
    dash of celery seed
    green onion to taste
Preparation
    This will usually tenderize the meat within 24 hours but 48 takes much of the \"wild\" taste out of the meat.
    Great with long grain and wild rice.
