Cajun Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1 small green pepper, diced (about 2/3 c.)
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
    1/3 c. water
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 lb. fresh or thawed frozen firm white fish fillets *
    4 c. hot, cooked rice
Preparation
    In 10-inch skillet over medium heat in hot oil, cook green pepper with oregano until tender, stirring often.
    Add soup, water, garlic powder, black pepper and red pepper.
    Heat to boiling.
