2 1/2 peeled and chopped ripe pears
2 1/2 peeled and chopped apples
1 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. raisins
2/3 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. mustard seed
2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. allspice
Preparation

Combine all and boil, then simmer 1 hour and 40 minutes. Store 2 weeks.
