Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. fresh mushrooms (not too small!)
    6 oz. Ricotta
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    parsley
    garlic powder
    salt and pepper
    1 egg
    seasoned bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 stalk celery, chopped
Preparation
    Wash and pat dry mushrooms.
    Remove stems and save.
    Put caps in baking dish, open side up.
    Cut ends off stems, discard.
    Dice stems fine.
    In bowl combine diced stems, onion, celery, Ricotta and egg; mix well.
    Soften or slightly melt butter.
    Add and mix; season.
    Add bread crumbs until mixture is not watery, firm, but not crumbly.
    Fill mushroom caps, piled high.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or microwave 7 to 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
