Easy Icebox Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3 Tbsp. warm water
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. lukewarm water
    4 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water and set aside.
    Beat eggs in large bowl.
    Add yeast mixture.
    Add flour, 1 cup at a time, mixing well after each addition.
    Cover dough with waxed paper and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
    Two or three hours before baking, take out dough and knead for 3 minutes.
    Roll out for dinner rolls.
    Cut out with biscuit cutter.
    Grease center of circle with table knife.
    Put a tiny dot of butter in center of crease and fold over for pocketbook rolls; let rise.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Makes 24 rolls.
