Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. fresh or canned corn
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
buttered bread crumbs
green pepper or pimento strips
Preparation
-
Combine ingredients, except crumbs and peppers.
Pour into buttered 3-quart casserole.
Place green pepper or pimento strips across top.
Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
