Eggless Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked pumpkin
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. rich milk, scalded
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together, except sugar. Add to pumpkin mixture.
Add sugar and then milk which has been scalded.
Pour into unbaked pastry shell and bake until firm
in the center, about 45 minutes.
