Popcorn Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 qt. popped corn
    butter or margarine
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pkg. peanut brittle chips (12 oz.)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Place popped corn in a large bowl and place in oven to keep warm.
    Butter inside of the saucepan.
    Add sugar, water, salt, corn syrup and vinegar.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until reaches 250\u00b0.
    Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and peanut butter chips, stirring until chips are almost melted.
    Remove hot popcorn from oven.
    Pour mixture over popcorn and stir until all the corn is coated.
    With buttered hands, shape mixture into 2-inch balls.
    Place on waxed paper to cool.
    When cool, wrap each ball in plastic wrap.
    Makes 32.
