Corn Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. corn meal
    3/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 pkg. franks (hot dogs)
Preparation
    Combine flour with cornmeal and sugar.
    Beat egg and milk together.
    Add to flour mixture, stirring well.
    Dip franks in a bowl of flour; then cover with batter.
    Deep fry until golden brown.
    Makes 10.
