Baked Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Minute rice
    2 3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. white sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. raisins
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine rice, milk, sugar, salt and raisins in saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Mix eggs, vanilla and nutmeg in 1-quart casserole. Slowly stir in rice mixture and blend well.
    Place casserole in a pan of hot water.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until top is set.
    Cool at least 1 hour before serving.
    Serves 6 to 8.
