Ma'S Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef or skinless ground turkey
1 medium onion
1/2 c. celery
green pepper (optional)
parsley flakes (about 1 Tbsp.)
3 cans kidney beans
1 small can whole tomatoes, cut up or fresh tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
salt (optional) and pepper to taste
2 tsp. chili powder
little bit minced garlic
little bit oregano
Preparation

Brown meat.
Add onion, celery and pepper.
Simmer a few minutes. Keep stirring every few minutes as it burns quickly.
Add all the other ingredients and simmer on low heat about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Taste to see if you have enough seasonings.
