Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. flour
    2 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 beaten egg
    water
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix flour, shortening and salt with pastry blender.
    Beat egg in cup and add cold water to 1 cup.
    Add vinegar and baking powder. Stir.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Stir lightly with fork.
    Chill. Roll.
    Will make 4 (2 crust) pies.
    This is a nice flaky pie crust and freezes well in pies.
