Parmesan Stuffed Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dry wine
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    24 jumbo shrimp (1 1/2 lb.)
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients.
    Mix well and set aside.
    Peel shrimp, devein and butterfly.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Fill each shrimp with cracker mixture.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Then broil 1 minute until lightly browned.
    Sprinkle with paprika. Serve with lemon wedges on \"bed\" of rice.
    Serves 4 to 6.
