Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 box brown rice mix
    1 large or 2 small zucchini, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste or celery salt
Preparation
    Prepare rice mix according to box directions.
    Add browned beef and all other ingredients.
    Place in a 2-quart casserole. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
