Fortune Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
pinch of salt
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 large eggs
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. almond extract

Preparation

Make
your
Fortune first so they are ready to go.
Mix together
flour, sugar, salt and cornstarch.
In another bowl, mix together the butter, oil and eggs.
Add this to the flour mixture and
mix well.
Then add the water and extract.
Stir until
all ingredients
are
mixed well.
Set oven to 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0.
