Grandmother'S Aspic(Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can V-8 juice
    4 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    2 Tbsp. salt
    approximately 1 Tbsp. sugar or to taste
    4 to 5 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 c. Spanish olives, cut up
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    3/4 c. water
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in 3/4 cup water.
    Pour V-8 juice into large pot; heat to boiling.
    While heating juice, combine celery, onion, olives and nuts in bowl.
    When juice has reached boiling point, add gelatin.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Let cool somewhat.
    Add lemon juice and sugar.
    Add salt to taste.
    Add other ingredients, except mayonnaise.
    Pour into greased Bundt mold or other large mold.
    Let jell until very firm.
    Serves 12 to 15.
