Refrigerator Dills - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. cold water
    1 qt. white vinegar
    1 c. canning salt
    cucumbers
    dill sprigs
    garlic cloves
    small dried red chili peppers
Preparation
    Mix and refrigerate cold water, vinegar and salt.
    Wash cucumbers and cut into spears.
    Pack in sterilized jars, adding a sprig of dill, clove of garlic and small red pepper.
    Pour liquid mixture over cucumbers and seal.
    Store in refrigerator.
    They will be ready in 7 to 10 days and will keep 3 months or longer.
