Turkey Or Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1/4 lb. oleo (1 stick)
    1 c. water
    3 c. chicken or turkey, diced
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. green onions, diced
    1/2 c. celery, cut up
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. College Inn broth
Preparation
    Mix together lightly first 3 ingredients.
    Put 1/2 of mixture in buttered 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Combine chicken, onions, mayonnaise and salt; put over layer of stuffing mix already in pan.
    Put the remaining half of stuffing mix on top of this.
    Beat eggs and milk; pour over top of casserole.
    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
