Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. broccoli
    3 c. water
    5 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 small onion
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in water and bouillon until soft.
    Make a white sauce from the remaining ingredients.
    Pour sauce over broccoli and simmer 1/2 hour.
    Put some cheese on, as much as you want.
