Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. scalded milk
    1 c. cream, scalded (or 1/2 milk and 1/2)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Beat in remaining ingredients, except nutmeg.
    Pour in pie shell, sprinkle nutmeg on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until knife
    inserted comes out clean, 25 to 35 minutes.
