Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 c. lukewarm water
1/2 lemon (grated rind and juice)
2 c. flour
2 pkg. rapid mix yeast
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs
1 c. flour
3 to 4 c. flour
Preparation
-
Scald milk.
Mix butter in milk.
Add lukewarm water and lemon rind and juice to milk mixture.
Set aside.
