Sauce Mayonnaise - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg yolks (at room temperature)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 1/2 c. olive oil
Preparation

Place egg yolks into warm bowl and whisk vigorously until thick.
Add teaspoon lemon juice along with teaspoon of mustard. Add 1/2 teaspoon of the oil at a time, whisking constantly.
You can whisk in 2 tablespoons of boiling water gradually to make it creamier.
Makes 2 cups.
