Pizza, Make Two - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    Mix well the warm water, salt, oil and yeast.
    Place the flour in a large bowl.
    Mix water, salt, oil and yeast in the flour. Knead real well for about 10 minutes.
    Cut in two gobs and let it rise for 2 hours.
    Grease bottoms of two 9-inch pizza pans with oil.
    Place dough on pans and flatten down.
    Put over Mozzarella cheese sauces and spread over 1/2 can of tomato sauce or more if you like.
    Sprinkle with oregano.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
