Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. self-rising flour
2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
Preparation

Combine eggs, sugar, flour and margarine in bowl; mix well. Add milk and vanilla; mix well.
Stir in coconut.
Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Pie will make its own crust.

8 servings.
