Oyster Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    50 oysters (amount optional)
    1 pt. rich milk
    6 eggs (hard-boiled)
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Make a white sauce with the milk and part of the butter, quite thick.
    Cream egg yolks with remainder of butter; add mustard mixed with lemon juice.
    Add egg whites, chopped fine.
    Mix with white sauce.
    Cook oysters separately just until the edges curl.
    Mix all together.
    Season to taste.
    Stir a lot, it can stick.
