Chicken Roulade A La Hart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped spicy sausage
    1/2 c. mixed red and green bell peppers
    1/2 c. diced onions
    Italian spices
    fresh garlic
    chopped tomatoes
    salt and pepper
    smoked Gouda cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions, peppers and seasoning for a minute or so.
    Mix with sausage, chopped tomatoes, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Beat chicken breast until real thin.
    Cover breast with filling; fold in the sides and roll in flour and egg with bread crumbs.
    Deep fry for a few minutes to seal, then bake in oven at 300\u00b0 for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes, depending on oven.
