S'More Banana Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. margarine, melted
2 to 3 medium bananas
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/3 c. milk
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3/4 c. miniature marshmallows
16 chocolate stars

Preparation

Mix cracker crumbs, baking mix and sugar; stir in margarine until moistened.
Press in bottom of glass dish (8 x 8 x 2-inch). Microwave, uncovered, on High, rotating 1/2 turn every minute, until crust bubbles up slightly and then begins to flatten, 1 1/2 to 3 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
