Ham And Egg Brunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bread, cubed and crusts removed
1 lb. ham, cubed
3/4 lb. American cheese
8 eggs, lightly beaten
2 3/4 c. milk
dash of dried mustard
1 1/4 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Butter 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Place bread crumbs and ham in dish.
Top with cheese.
Combine eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Pour over cheese.
Pour butter over it all.
Refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
