Cream Of Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. milk
    4 to 6 oz. ham, chopped or crumbled bacon
    2 Tbsp. minced onion and/or chopped green pepper
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    4 oz. hot pepper cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine in large saucepan or kettle, then stir in flour.
    Stir constantly over medium heat, 1 minute, until thick and bubbly.
    Add milk, ham and onion, stirring constantly, over medium heat until thickened.
    Reduce heat to lowest setting. Stir in cheese and continue stirring until cheese is melted and soup is smooth.
    Serves 4.
