Tartar Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. chopped pickle
1 Tbsp. chopped capers
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 Tbsp. chopped olives
Preparation

Combine mayonnaise with the ingredients.
Any of the ingredients may be omitted and others added as desired.
Serve cold with fish or cold meat dishes.
Makes 1 1/3 cups sauce.
