Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. lime Jell-O (dry)
2 c. chopped nuts
2 (No. 2) cans pineapple (crushed)
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. whipped cream
2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
Preparation

Heat pineapple to boiling; add Jell-O from package.
Cool. Blend with a fork the cream cheese and cottage cheese.
Mix well with pineapple and Jell-O mixture.
Fold in whipped cream and celery.
Stir in nuts.
Add a touch of green food coloring if you desire color.
This yields about 24 squares.
